Review Elevator Contractors repair proposals and make recommendations.
Due Diligence

Review Existing Equipment prior to building being purchased.

Determine the remaining life expectancy of equipment.

Identify weaknesses and faults in the current equipment.

Provide budgets for immediate and 3/5/10 years’ cost requirements.
Code Compliance

Evaluate the equipment to determine if the equipment meets the current code requirements.

Research code violations to determine if there are any outstanding issues with the authority having jurisdiction.

Perform Evaluation to confirm that the equipment meets or exceeds all handicapped code and/or ADA code requirements.

Confirm that all required documentation/inspections is in place to meet code.
Construction Services

Evaluate equipment while under construction/installation to confirm that it meets the specifications and is being installed per code utilizing proper installation methods.

Provide confirmation and certification of progress payment applications.

Perform project punchout reviews to certify project completion.
Peer Review

Provide a professional written opinion regarding documents/specifications and or

Equipment conditions, in relation to other consulting companies' judgement.

Help clients identify if conditions and or circumstances should be considered acceptable, or not.

Make recommendations to improve the project’s final outcome.
